Spiral flour conveying

Description

Barth Spiromatic specializes in designing spiral flour conveying systems, which provide an advanced and efficient solution for transporting flour of any type, including wheat flour, spelt flour, whole wheat flour, white flour and other unique flours, over long distances. Unlike pneumatic systems such as pushing or pumping, the system allows for savings in installation, operation and maintenance costs, and offers the possibility of transporting flour over distances of 50 meters or more.

The spiral itself is designed to transport flour up to a distance of about 20 meters at a time, and the flour flows to a transfer station from where it continues on another 20-meter path, in a cyclical manner. The system is flexible and can also operate at height, while maintaining non-sharp angles of 30 degrees and above. The system is designed on the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle, which ensures that no flour remains in the pipeline, and provides a perfect solution for bakeries and various flour businesses that require efficient and fast flour transportation.
