Dough feed tank for continuous work in production lines
The dough feed tank, located above the dough distribution tank, provides an ideal solution for continuous work in production lines. The operating height of the tank is adjusted to the type of distribution and should be designed according to the needs of the bakery. The tank (hopper) is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the internal parts, such as the inner layer and the blades, are coated with Teflon, which prevents the dough from sticking and helps maintain the quality of the work. The tank includes 2 feed knives with 3 blades each, with the rotation speed and feed force controlled semi-automatically, which ensures continuous and accurate work. The system provides a professional and reliable solution for work in large production lines and allows automatic and continuous work over time. Different operative modes :
The system offers two operating modes – manual mode, in which you can set the amount of dough portions, and automatic mode, which allows independent operation of the system as needed, and provides continuous work without interruption.
Feed container with conveyor
The intermediate feed tank is used to transfer the dough from the main hopper to the various distribution units, helping to ensure the continuity of the production process. Individual project planning according to customer requirements allows for customized routing of the process, improving line performance. The standard capacity of the tank ranges from 120 to 160 kilograms, and is suitable for all types of dough classes. The system is equipped with an automatic conveyor, including thresholds and star knives with adjustable speed, as well as Teflon-coated knives that allow for easy removal and simple maintenance. We build the feed tanks custom-made for each customer, according to specific requirements such as the capacity of the main hopper, the height of the tank, the design of the platform and steps, as well as any additional requirements of the customer.
