Description

The Electro electric compartment oven manufactured by Miwe is similar to the Kondo oven but larger in size. It can be ordered in models of 4, 5 or 6 compartments and with a compartment height of 17 or 22 cm and a width of 60 or 120 cm.

and at depths of 160 or 200 cm, therefore the baking area in these ovens can reach up to 14.4 square meters. Using this oven will ensure uniform baking for all types of pastry, from soft pastries to heavy breads.

Each chamber in MIWE electro has a sealed and separate steam unit and a separate control system for upper and lower heat, a feature that allows perfect baking of a wide variety of products at the same time. Since MIWE electro heats up quickly, there is no need to wait a long time before baking.

MIWE electro is an ideal choice wherever MIWE condo is too small and MIWE ideal is too big when the infrastructure requires electric heating.

Energy Savings!

Each chamber is a unit in itself when each chamber can also be turned on and off separately, which makes MIWE electro energy efficient – the individually configurable heating level helps with this, but mainly ensures that each product receives exactly the amount of energy it needs to produce a perfect baking result.
