The PM Professional planetary mixer series can be ordered with a capacity of 60 to 160 liters. This mixer is designed for industrial use and includes automatic lifting and lowering of the pot into working position. Thanks to its height, it allows you to take it out of the pot without disconnecting the stirring tool – an advantage that allows efficiency and savings in production time.
These mixers were designed without compromising quality, in order to ensure a constant level of performance over the years and very low maintenance requirements.
All parts of the mixer that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel and are easy to clean to ensure a high level of hygiene.
