Melosh with a fixed container from the Supreme model
The industrial series of the kneaders produced with double beans is designed for kneading particularly hard doughs with a high level of gluten and low water percentages. The container, the spiral kneading arm, the safety barrier and every part that comes in contact with the dough is made of stainless steel.
Mash 2 motors, 2 speeds, rotating the tank in 2 directions and the possibility to work automatically or manually.
The machine can be ordered with more powerful engines as needed.
