Description
A turning kneader allows the dough to be removed from the kneader to a work table or to an automatic department automatically.
Overturnable mixer is a mixer physically connected to a hydraulic lift. The kneader is approximately at the point where the dough is needed and at the end of the kneading process, the elevator lifts the entire kneader together with the kneading container connected to it and turns it so that the dough falls onto the production table.
The advantage is saving space, while taking advantage of the possibility to turn the pot without the need for effort to cut the dough.
