Smartline is a machine with smart technology for rolling out dough without stretching!
The machine was designed for the production of high-water bread doughs that contain up to 80% of moisture and are produced using the technology of long bulk rising before rolling.
This machine can produce between 150 and 800 kg of dough with high water percentages per hour in the most gentle way without stretching the dough
The Smartline was designed to work with an operating computer with a touch screen, with memory for 80 programs. The operating panel is user-friendly and in Hebrew

 

Smartline: can be connected before any automatic production setup for dough products for continuous feeding of the dough without the need for kneading.
