Each system is designed in leaps and bounds to the customer’s needs when it is possible to order a system for distribution, design and arrangement on templates of the product. And of course follow the customer’s needs for continuous freezing of the product or swelling, partial baking and freezing.
- The S1 model is designed to make 2500 baguettes per hour and of course baguette parts for example 5,000 half baguettes or 10,000 quarter baguettes or 7,500 third baguettes.
- The Mega Line model for producing up to 5,000 baguettes per hour and their parts according to the above calculation.
