This unique machine is characterized by the most advanced technological innovations. which includes a built-in calibrator for sticking dough to dough and maintaining the uniformity of the product, the cutting of the triangles is done by a guillotine without the triangle sticking to the knife. A rotating table for transporting the croissant for rolling always from its base. And rolling by strips (instead of the conventional felt cloths)
