The Polyline is an advanced production setup that is the ideal solution for the professional baker on his way to efficient and cost-effective production of bakery products while saving space, manpower and increasing yields while significantly saving costs.
This production setup appears under the classification of equipment for medium-sized confectionery and not by mistake also under industrial equipment. This is thanks to its ability to become, after adding a number of accessories, an industrial production setup for anything.
The polyline is a production setup configured to work from 1/2 automatic to fully automatic and adapted to a wide range of products. Almost all the production accessories of Rondo’s industrial production lines can fit the polyline.
When additional products will be needed, or it will be necessary to increase the production rate – the polyline will be upgraded to a full production setup.
Polyline has a portable electromechanical guillotine that allows for space saving and an electromechanical filling machine, and therefore there is no need to connect air pressure.
Polyline has production outputs of 100 to 600 kg per hour
As an option, you can upgrade to an industrial guillotine that allows 100 cuts per minute and more.
The working method is to place the rolled dough at the beginning of the array. And all the other tasks that are usually done manually such as Cutting to length, filling the product, folding it into a final product and cutting to the final size are done automatically
